Refund Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
7-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to Scan Accessibility for the first time and decide it isn't for you, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of that payment. You don't need to give a reason, although we'd appreciate knowing what we could do better.
The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment of your first subscription.
Renewals
Payments after your first one are not refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you won't be charged again. After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
If you're charged for a renewal you didn't expect, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll look at it with you.
How to ask for a refund
Email us at [email protected] or use our contact form, from the email address on your account. Include the date of your payment. We'll confirm your request within 2 business days.
How you'll be refunded
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. We process them within 5 business days; your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the money in your account.
When a refund is issued, your subscription ends straight away and full access stops. Your account stays open, and you can still use the free scan.
When we can't offer a refund
We may decline a refund request if the account has been used in a way that breaks our Terms and Conditions, for example sharing one subscription across many people or using automated tools to run scans.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to payments made after the date shown at the top of this page.
