Scan Accessibility is operated by FAMOUS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS SRL, registered in Romania under number 36039273, with its registered office at 13 Alexandru Obregia Bd., Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania. 2. What we collect and why

We may also use anonymized, combined scan data to improve our scanner. This data can't identify you.

3. Who we share data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Scan Accessibility, under contracts that protect it:

• WP Engine, which hosts our website;
• Amazon Web Services, which runs the scans;
• Stripe, which processes payments;
• Google, for website analytics (Google Analytics and Tag Manager) and spam protection (reCAPTCHA);
• Cookiebot (Usercentrics), which records your cookie choices.

We may also share data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

4. Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to run checkout. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. We ask for your consent through Cookiebot, and you can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and regular updates. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

8. Children

Scan Accessibility is meant for adults managing websites. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. For significant changes, we'll email account holders. The date at the top shows the latest version.
