What do I get that the free scan doesn't give me?
The free scan shows how to fix your three most important problems. Full access shows how to fix every issue on every page you scan, includes the technical details your developer needs, lets you download PDF reports, and gives you 200 page scans a month instead of one a day.
Does it check my whole site at once?
Not yet. Each scan checks one page. Full access includes 200 page scans a month, enough to check your key pages and rescan them after each round of fixes.
Will my site be ADA compliant if I fix everything?
Fixing everything the scan finds is real progress, but automated checks can't test everything. Some things, like keyboard navigation and screen reader flow, need a manual review. We'll never label your site "compliant", and you should be cautious of any tool that does.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If Scan Accessibility isn't right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. See our refund policy for the details.
What if I need more scans?
